I understand the frustration around weight management and chronic health issues.
Not too long ago, I was 100 pounds overweight. I was dealing with diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, high cholesterol, and joint pain. I had to make changes!
I wanted to be healthy for myself, my family and for my future grandchildren. I had to have medical intervention and I had to relearn everything I thought about diet and exercise.
Most importantly, I had to learn that all our choices are connected. It was a process!

This course is designed to be a lifestyle shift. My hope is that these will be lifelong changes! People will see some results in the first week however this is NOT a quick fix, it is designed to be an approach that pushes toward a lifelong health shift.
